Sanchez is the author of the picture book, Pilar’s Worries. She hails from sunny San Diego and lives in foggy San Francisco with her husband, her children, and a goldfish.

She holds an MFA in Poetics and has published in Big Bridge and Highlights’ Hello Magazine. Pilar is painfully shy, plagued by worries and performance anxiety, even in ballet&#;her favorite class.
